Friday Fun with PeerJ – When CERN has nothing left to discover

Particle physicists recently announced that they have observed Bs particles decaying into two muons using the accelerator at CERN. This discovery strengthens the Standard Theory and starts to limit the scope for new physics to be discovered. All of which raises the interesting possibility that the LHC at CERN could be re-used for other purposes…
