Here at PeerJ, we know that July is a month when many people travel, go on vacation, and generally interact with the fauna and flora of nature. It is also a period when a lot of biologists are on field trips.
To mark this month, we are allowing any articles submitted in July, which have an “ecology”, “ecosystem science”, “marine biology”, “plant sciences” or “zoology” subject area, to publish for free (i.e. the co-authors do not need to be paying members).
This is a great offer, but only valid through end-July. So please encourage any colleagues you have in these fields to submit their articles today!
