PeerJ Life & Environment articles now indexed in MEDLINE

We were delighted to be informed at the end of 2022 that PeerJ Life & Environment has passed the Scientific Quality Review for MEDLINE and has been accepted for inclusion in MEDLINE.

MEDLINE is the National Library of Medicine’s (NLM) premier bibliographic database, with a concentration on biomedicine. A distinctive feature of MEDLINE is that the records are indexed with NLM Medical Subject Headings (MeSH). Journals are selected for MEDLINE based on the recommendation of the Literature Selection Technical Review Committee (LSTRC), an NIH-chartered advisory committee of external experts.

We want to express our thanks to the Literature Selection Technical Review Committee for their thorough review and useful feedback; and of course to all of our contributors for submitting, peer reviewing and editing articles to a high standard.
