Brian King

I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Bucknell University. My primary area of research is in methods for sequence analysis, modeling and prediction. Much of my preliminary work focused on biological sequence analysis, eventually evolving to NGS / large-scale methods for sequence analysis. I'm continuing to branch into new directions, including methods in computational linguistics (focusing on methods for word prediction), and digital signal processing techniques on discrete signals.
