Chalee Vorakulpipat
Summary
I am currently Principal Researcher and Head of Information Security Research Team (formerly Cybersecurity Laboratory) at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand. Prior to leading the Research Team, I worked as Head of ThaiCERT, System Analyst and System Developer. My research interests include Information Security, Digital Transformation, Health IT and Knowledge Management. I co-authored two books on Digital Watermarking (English) and Unified Modeling Language, and one book chapter on Smart Cities.
I am an IT Consultant at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital with an emphasis on Information Security and Digital Transformation. I have been a Guest Lecturer at several universities, responsible for the modules of Information Management, Computer Network, and Database Systems.
I am a recipient of the 2019 (ISC)² Information Security Leadership Award and a number of ICT awards at the national level, including the National Research Council’s Best PhD Thesis Award and the Mobile e-Government Award.
I hold professional certificates including CISSP, CISA, PMP, and IRCA (ISMS Lead Auditor).
