Abid Khan (PhD) is with the Computer Science Department, Aberystwyth University, Wales, United Kingdom. His research interests include applied cryptography, security/privacy issues in distributed systems including IoT, cloud computing, blockchain and smart grids. His recent work has been on the secure data aggregation in smart grids and design of quantum resistant distributed ledger. He is a senior member of IEEE and associate editor of IEEE Access.
