Mansoor Ahmed
Summary
Mansoor Ahmed did his M. Sc in Information Management from Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien), Austria. He was awarded a Higher Education Commission (HEC) scholarship for higher studies (PhD) in Austria. In 2009, he completed his PhD at the Technical University Vienna, Austria. In 2010-2011 he was awarded a Senior researcher fellowship scholarship by Indiana University, USA for his postdoctoral studies. In 2017, he worked as a Senior University College Dublin (UCD) researcher. He is a member of the Editorial Review Board of many International Journals. Besides this, he has organized several workshops and also serves as a Technical Program Committee member in internationally reputed conferences. Recently he completed a research project funded by Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) /EU. Currently, he is a PI for the Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) research project which is aimed at developing ethical guidelines for the use of AI in public services.
