Summary

I am Dr. Sameh Ghanem Salem. I graduated from Military Technical College (MTC), Cairo, Egypt in June 2000. I have got B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (communication department) with grade excellence with honor and a GPA of 3.86. I graduated with the first rank among all other engineering disciplines in my college (MTC). I was awarded the Medal of Military Duty from the Supreme Commander of the Egyptian Armed Forces as recognition for my scientific achievement in June 2000. I was an instructor than an Associate lecturer then a lecturer at the Military Technical College, Radar Department. I got my Master’s from the Egyptian Military Technical College in Dec. 2007.
I was also awarded the Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Abdel Rahman H. Elbardaweny in the field of signal processing and compressive sensing in May 2015.
During my service in the Egyptian Armed Forces for more than 20 years, I was involved in many activities including but not limited to scientific, teaching, research, and field duties where I practiced all academic and engineering work related to my specialization. My researches are focused on the followings:
Signals and systems, communication system, signal Processing, digital Logic systems, and compressive sensing.

I was also awarded the Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Abdel Rahman H. Elbardaweny in the field of signal processing and compressive sensing in May 2015. I was awarded a fully-funded scientific material scholarship from the Egyptian Ministry of Defense in June 2013 where he joined Xian University in China for 3 months. During my service in the Egyptian Armed Forces for more than 20 years, I was involved in many activities including but not limited to scientific, teaching, research, and field duties where I practiced all academic and engineering work related to my specialization. My researches are focused on the followings: 1- Signals and systems. 2- Communication system. 3- Signal Processing. 4- Digital Logic systems. 5- Compressive sensing. I supervise many students in the field of signal processing and compressive sensing. I communicated with many types of research during my stay in the Egyptian Army.
