I focus on developing advanced computational methodologies that leverage probabilistic databases and Bayesian networks, with applications primarily in bioinformatics. My research explores the integration of probabilistic models to handle uncertainty in biological data, aiming to improve the analysis and inference of complex datasets, such as genomic sequences and disease modeling. By combining probabilistic databases with Bayesian networks, my work addresses challenges in data consistency, prediction accuracy, and efficient query processing for bioinformatics applications.
I also explore the application of these techniques in real-world medical diagnostics, enhancing the interpretability of medical data by modeling uncertainties and complex dependencies among biological variables.
