Summary

Ahmed Elliethy received the B.Sc. degree (excellent with honors) in computer engineering and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Military Technical College (MTC), Cairo, Egypt, in 2003, and 2010, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, NY, USA, in 2017. In March 2017, he joined the Department of Computer Engineering, MTC, as an Assistant Professor. Currently, he is the head of the Embedded Systems Research Center in the MTC. Dr. Ahmed's research interests include image processing and computer vision, embedded systems, machine learning, multi-modal image fusion, multiple object tracking, multimedia security, and forensics.
