@TetZoo @TyrannosaurCarr and @ABQTomW told me the intended "vannus" holotype is well within the variation of T. rex. It was coded for Carr's PeerJ monograph, but ultimately excluded from the final analyses because it was a very incomplete "wildcard" specimen.
