I am Dr. Ana Ruth Alvarez Sanchez, I am a research professor at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at UTEQ since 2018. I has extensive knowledge in molecular biology and virology and I had participated in the development and implementation of biotechnological projects related to viruses such as: Production of antiviral biopharmaceuticals for the cultivation of shrimp from nucleic acids-CIBNOR, La Paz, BCS, Mexico. Study of the effect of silver nanoparticles on viruses, bacteria and parasites of aquatic organ-isms-CIBNOR, La Paz, BCS, Mexico. Induction of the RNA mechanism of interference against the oyster Herpesvirus in Crassostrea gigas.
