Summary

Chengliang Wu was born in Hubei, China, in 1984. He graduated with a degree in Physical Education and Sport Science from Hubei University, China (2007) and also earned a Master’s degree in Sports Biomechanics from China Institute of Sport Science in 2010. He is currently a PhD Candidate at School of Kinesiology, Shanghai University of Sport, Shanghai, China. For 10 years he has been engaged in the research and service of artistic gymnastics. His research focuses on influences of muscle activation and the lower limb dynamical systems on landing motor control in artistic gymnastics.
