Patricio Álvarez-Muñoz is an economist from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral in Ecuador and holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from the Universidad Tecnológica Empresarial de Guayaquil in Ecuador and has carried out research stays in several Spanish universities.
