Summary
Dr. T. Amudha is serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Applications, Bharathiar University since 2005. She has over 20 years of teaching and 15 years of research experience. She has qualified UGC-NET for Lectureship in 2003 and is actively engaged in Teaching and Research. Her research areas include Artificial Intelligence, Bio-inspired computing, Swarm Intelligence and Optimization. She is a life member of CSI and professional member of ACM, IEEE, ISCA and IAENG. She has more than 50 peer- reviewed research publications for her credit in International/ National Journals and Conferences. She has 137 citations to her credit, with h-index of 6. She has guided 30 M.Phil scholars and guiding 7 Ph.D scholars. She has completed one UGC sponsored minor research project titled “Development of an Efficient Bio-inspired, Agent based Algorithmic Technique for Dynamic Task Allocation in Industrial Settings” during Feb 2011 – Jan 2013.
