Graduated in Geology from MS University (1997); M.SC Geology - University of Madras (1999); Ph.D.(Geochemistry) - Anna University INDIA (2003). Professor at Department of Applied Geology, and Associate Dean (R&D), Faculty of Engineering and Science, Curtin University, MALAYSIA. Research Interests: Geochemistry (Clastics and limestones) and Environmental Geochemistry (Soil and Water). Currently working on Geochemistry of River, estuarine and coastal sediments from the Sarawak state of Malaysia and Oligocene to Miocene sedimentary rocks of Borneo. Publications: > 90 research articles. Research Supervision: 6 HDR - Ongoing (2 PhD; 4 Master) students. Degree awarded: PhD - 3 (2016 - 2018); Master - 3 (2017-2019).
