Integrated Mathematical Oncology
I am a computer scientist turned mathematical oncologist, and am interested in mathematical and computational models of cancer dynamics, with focus on quantitative personalized medicine and radiation and immunotherapy in particular. The aim of the @EnderlingLab is to integrate mathematical, computational, biological and clinical sciences to thoroughly investigate tumor growth and response to single or combination therapy. In close collaboration with experimentalists and clinicians, mathematical models that are parameterized with experimental and clinical data can help estimate patient-specific disease dynamics and treatment success. This positions us at the forefront of the advent of 'virtual trials' to personalize cancer treatment.
