Summary

My research interests focused on using/ developing of molecular techniques for diagnosis of infectious diseases and study the molecular epidemiology of these diseases (Tuberculosis, Leishmaniasis and tick borne diseases) with special focus on analysis of molecular sequences, sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree building. Also, my research extend to identification of genetic polymorphisms that influence susceptibility to metabolic disease (i.e T2DM), genetic association studies and gene analysis.
