Summary
1991 – 1996 – student of the Faculty of Biology of Lomonosov Moscow State University, the department of the “Evolution theory and the Darwinism’ problems” (this is the old name of the Department of Evolutionary Biology). Main interests are population biology of birds.
1996 - graduated with honors from the Faculty of Biology of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
1996-1999 - entered the postgraduate course (PhD) of the Faculty of Biology of Moscow University.
1998 - received the honorary title of Soros graduate student
2000 - defended Ph.D. thesis "Conditions for the stable maintenance of the phenotypic population structure illustrated by the variability in the breeding plumage color in males of the pied flycatcher (Ficedula hypoleuca pallas)".
