Claudia Scholl is head of the Division Applied Functional Genomics at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and National Center for Tumor Diseases Heidelberg (NCT), Heidelberg, Germany. She went to medical school in Heidelberg and Ulm, and following her residency in Internal Medicine, she trained as a postdoctoral fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA. Her research interests include the identification of vulnerabilites in cancer cells that might be exploited for the development of targeted therapies with focus on KRAS mutant cancers and AML.
