If targets like a 50% reduction aren't expressed clearly, then they might not deliver the things we want. https://t.co/orqyZ7cchr By mass alone, pesticide use halved 1990-2016 - but treatment frequency and honeybee acute toxicity still went up (see e.g. https://t.co/Ht1Z8g54T8)
