Summary

Dr. Muhammad Imtiaz Rashid completed his PhD in the field of Soil and Environmental Science, Wageningen University, Wageningen, The Netherlands in May 2013. His PhD thesis was about the handling and management of agricultural waste into material recovery and its application in the soil to test soil-plant relationships/feedback. Mainly he worked on measuring the difference between fertilizer value of the compost and non-composted waste in agriculture grasslands. After completed his PhD, he moved to Pakistan and joined Department of Environmental Science, COMSATS, Institute of Information Technology as Assistant Professor where his research interest remained the same. At the end of 2014, he moved to CEES, where he started work on the recycling and material recovery from organic waste (Municipal or agriculture), biosynthesis of nanomaterial and nanomaterial toxicology to soil functioning. He published about 27 research articles in well-reputed Journals with total impact factor of about 100 as well as about 10 conference papers in well-reputed conferences around the globe. He is the reviewer of many well-reputed journals.
