@cshperspectives @halvorz @EMBOPress Some journals give DOIs to individual reports, eg @F1000Research https://t.co/hYp6LdiVC5 or @thePeerJ https://t.co/GIf30Db0CV (which is anonymous) - but if you need to cite other "mixed bags" you may have to cite all authors & URL of the report, name inline. "Smith's review [1]"
