Summary

I am an ecologist with a broad interest in spatial ecology and conservation of neotropical species, particularly of midsized to large-bodied mammals. I am enthusiastic in using new technologies to study free-ranging animals, especially to track their movement with GPS tags and camera traps and analyze these data through occupancy, tracking analysis and geoprocessing, always focusing on scientific questions that have real-world relevance to the species conservation.
