Summary

Jerome Claverie is native from France. He has studied both in France and in the USA. Since 2006, he is professor in the chemistry department of UQAM. He is interested by polymerization chemistry at large, and notably by catalytic and controlled radical polymerizations. His research group has also a keen interest for colloidal chemistry and for polymer nanoparticles. Furthermore, his research on polymerization catalysis encourages him to concentrate on organometallic chemistry, and, in particular, on the chemistry of late transition metals (Ni, Pd, Ru).
