Summary

My research focuses on the study of the ecology and evolution of plant-hummingbird interactions. I am currently investigating the relative roles of geographic isolation, natural selection, sexual selection and their interactions with the plants they pollinate in the process of hummingbird speciation. My long term goal is to build a research program to facilitate conservation of hummingbirds and their habitats.
