I am a PhD level scientist with 28+ years-experience coordinating and leading computational biology and data science support for R&D programs in biotech and global healthcare companies, mainly concentrating on the areas of microbiome, infectious, inflammatory, respiratory and neuro diseases, oncology, human host-microbe interactions and global health. I have held senior level positions (Senior Director, Executive Director and VP) in biopharma companies including GSK, Kaleido Biosciences and Novasenta. Currently, I am an independent consultant for clinical multi-omics for T2DM trial. Also, I am a Visiting Scholar, Electrical and Computer Engineering at Drexel University, Philadelphia PA. I have nearly 120 publications and hold various advisory positions for NIH funded programs.
