Summary
Broadly trained as an evolutionary ecologist, my work seeks to elucidate the constraints and drivers of phenotypic diversity in lizards. By combining a variety of experimental approaches in a phylogenetic comparative framework, I try to unravel the functional and adaptive significance of the observed variation in design, ranging from visual and chemical signals to skin surface morphology.
