Summary
He had graduated from University of Wales College of Medicine Cardiff UK, then pursued his postgraduate career in Neurosurgery at USM Malaysia. He had completed his fellowship programme in Gent Belgium for Neuroendoscopy, Functional Neurosurgery and Epilepsy. He is currently head of the Department of Neurosciences. His major interests are in Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery (Neuroendoscopy), Precision Radiation Therapy, Brain Trauma, Epilepsy, Awake Brain Surgery, Skull Base, Brain Mapping and Stimulation, Neuroscience Big Data and Quantum Brain. Lately, his interest also includes Brain Thermodynamics and Plasma Brain Dynamics. He published papers locally and internationally and wrote 16 chapters in the international books.
