As a member of the marine conservation research team, my work focuses on collecting data towards the monitoring and design of Marine Protected Areas. I use genetic and genomic tools, such as whole genome sequencing and environmental DNA (eDNA) metabarcoding to study population structure, gene flow, and marine biodiversity in the Atlantic Ocean.
