Summary

I'm an entomologist specialized in biodiversity, systematics, and insect conservation. I'm currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in Michoacán, Mexico. I am interested in various insect groups, including Coleoptera, with a focus on their diversity and ecological roles. I also explore the interactions between insects and their environments, particularly in tropical ecosystems. Other topics of my research relate with scientific communication, the cultural impact of insects and the conservation of this animal group.
