Summary

I am a marine ecologist and work at the intersection between research, management and policy, particularly as it relates to the conservation of biologically-diverse marine communities, including coral reefs and deep-sea coral ecosystems. I recently retired as Chief Scientist for NOAA's Deep Sea Coral Research & Technology Program.
