Summary
My research examines the attentional processes underlying the learning and skilled performance of visually-guided movement tasks. My areas of expertise are focused on understanding the visual (via eye-tracking) and cortical (via EEG, TMS) mechanisms behind movement impairments (e.g., Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), Stroke) and in patients learning to use myoelectric prosthetic hands. I am also interested in the use of virtual reality in sport and clinical contexts.
