Summary
My work is on interdisciplinary sciences; their applications in palaeontology. I have studied temnospondyl amphibian for PhD & work on morphometry, comparative anatomy, fractal dimensions and micro-CT scanning techniques, palaeohistology, geochemistry, phylogeny, taphonomy, retrodeformation and geological structures. I have done extensive geological mapping of the Gondwana basins in India and at present working on their biostratigraphic correlation at a global context with paleoclimatic reconstruction. I also fossilized Gondwana vertebrates from the Triassic and Jurassic and marine mammals from the Eocene and Miocene of India.
