Xiao Ma
Summary
Xiao Ma serves on the faculty of Sichuan Agricultural University as a professor in grass breeding and genetics at Grassland Sciences Department since January 01, 2014. His current research is focused on the development of new cultivars, and genetic and genomic research on important agronomic traits in Elymus and Lolium species used for forage. Dr. Ma completed a one-year (2011-2012) visiting research with Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere, Hokkaido University of Japan. Dr. Xiao Ma received his PhD in Grassland Science (Grass Breeding and Genetics) from Sichuan Agricultural University of China in 2008.
