2005: PhD in Stomatology and Oral Sciences, University of Chieti-Pescara, Italy.
She is now Associate Professor of Dental Materials and Restorative Dentistry at the Polytechnic University of Marche, Italy.

Dr. Orsini’s research interests focus on dental biomaterials, clinical trials, oral calcified tissues, nanotechnology and tissue engineering. She has received several research awards and has authored or co-authored over 115 papers published in international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Orsini is a Member of numerous Editorial Boards of International Journals, Active Member of several Dental Societies and from 2017 she’s the Italian Representative of the Management Committee for the European Action COST CA16234.
