Summary

My research program involves applied insect ecology aiming at enhancing biological control of maize and sugarcane insect pests and improving decision making in IPM of cereal, vegetable, and fruit crops in Brazil. My responsibilities include teaching undergraduate- and graduate-level classes such as Pests of Agricultural Crops and Biological Control as well as extension activities on peanut, sugarcane, and maize in Southeastern Brazil.
