Prof. Asdaq is a well-known researcher with a current h-index of 28 and more than 250 research publications published in prestigious national and international journals with a cumulative impact factor of 400+. In his capacities as an author, reviewer, editor, associate editor, and editor in chief of numerous publications, he actively contributes to the dissemination of scientific knowledge. He supervised more than 70 Pharm.D. projects and about 40 research groups for postgraduates. He is recognised as Ph.D. supervisor by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. He has been given the university's top research award for the years 2020 and 2021. As the recipient of the most citations, he received the President's award in 2022. He was renominated as the institution's research center director.
