Professor Liu Xin has led and completed one National Natural Science Foundation project (General Program) and one Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation project (Youth Program). He has participated in over 10 research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation (Regional, General, and Youth Programs), Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation (Youth and General Programs), Shandong Provincial Key Research and Development Program, and the Chinese Medical Association Young Physicians Program. From 2004 to 2007, he studied under Professor Qian Xiaohong, Chief Scientist of the National Key Basic Research Program "Proteomic Atlas of the Chinese". From 2009 to 2012, he studied under Professors Trevor Cooper and Chinghei Yeung, WHO reproductive medicine experts at the University of Münster in Germany. From 2023 to 2024, he studied under Professor Li Xuebo of the School of Criminal Justice at Shandong University of Political Science and Law. He has published over 50 SCI-indexed papers in domestic and international journals. His awards include the Second Prize of the Shandong Natural Science Award, the Second Prize of the Shandong Higher Education Institutions Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award, the Second and Third Prizes of the Shandong Medical Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize of the Shandong Youth Innovation Talent Cup for Scientific Research Innovation, and the Outstanding Talent Award of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital.
