A 2022 study that compared regenerative farms with industrial farms found that that regenerative farms grow healthier food.

More recent research comparing conventional vs regen systems showed large nutritional benefits to regen systems https://t.co/Z5AAhlb59v
A study by Montgomery et al found that regenerative farms that combined no-till, cover crops, and diverse rotations produced crops with higher soil organic matter levels, soil health scores, and levels of certain vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.
For those who don’t believe here are some of the research papers. Livestock are needed for a healthy soil biome to produce vegetables & grains with a healthy nutrient density.
Artificial agro chemistry kills a soil’s nature biome & depletes nutrients
