Conduct basic and applied research on tidal shoreline systems, working with the Center for Coastal Resources Management. The Assistant Research Scientist will join ongoing interdisciplinary projects involving the socioecological system associated with various types of estuarine shorelines. Research activities will contribute to development of models simulating the consequences of alternative management strategies including living shoreline approaches.
