Summary

I am a researcher of the Argentine Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) working at the Instituto de Biodiversidad Neotropical and National University of Tucumán, Argentina. My research consists of taxonomic and phylogenetic studies of Neotropical terrestrial Gastropods, especially of the families Epiphragmophoridae, Solaropsidae and Labyrinthidae (former part of Pleurodontidae). I have also worked on reproduction and gametes on Orthalicoidea species. Currently, I am interested in the patterns of distribution and biogeography of mollusk groups in southern South America.
