Summary

Konrad Górski works as Associate Professor at the Austral University of Chile in Valdivia. After completion of BSc and MSc degrees in Biology at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (Poland) in 2005, he continued his studies at Wageningen University in the Netherlands and obtained a PhD in Aquatic Ecology in 2010. Subsequently he undertook postdoctoral positions at the University of Waikato in New Zealand and University of Concepción in Chile. His research interests are centred in aquatic ecology with emphasis on ecological functioning of large rivers, recruitment and life histories of fish, and responses of fish assemblages to environmental stressors.
