New paper out reviewing the ontogeny of marine reptile Tylosaurus; with the synonymy of T. kansasensis with T. nepaeolicus.
While mosasaurs are not my area, the data looks good; so it will be interesting to see if it holds up.

I've only skimmed it, but looks like an interesting independent example of heterochrony (ontogeny + stratigraphy) and anagenesis (there's that word again! so pleased researchers are no longer opressed from saying or even considering it!).
