Summary

Dean Ritchie’s primary research focus is the organisation and quantification of training within the concurrent training paradigm; and how to best optimise the acute and chronic adaptations from training for peak performance. Previous research has utilised elite training cohorts and team sport athletes alike. Another area of interest is extrapolating results from underpinning mechanistic research to use in the applied setting.
