Ankush Sharma

Summary

Ankush Sharma is a Visiting CASyM postdoctoral fellow at Institute of Clinical Physiology, National Research Council of Italy, Siena. He has a PhD in Computational Biology from the Second University of Naples; and his PhD thesis focused on Interactomic analysis of genes and proteins involved in chronic inflammatory diseases. He was a postdoctoral Fellow at High Performance Computing and Networking Institute of National Research Council of Italy and Center for Individualized Medicine in Department of Health Sciences at Linkoping University, Sweden. He is interested in studying adaptive interactions and the effect of perturbations on adaptive and rigid (interaction) and in biological networks.
