Summary
I am a computational biologist ( and occasional bioinformatics scientist ) at the Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology, Max Delbrück Center. I'm heading the Bioinformatics Platform there.
My current research focuses on computational epigenomics and genomics.
I previously held postdoctoral positions at Friedrich Miescher Institute in Basel and Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University in New York.
