Comparative Biology Group
Postdoctoral researcher and former graduate of the group. Studying primate brain evolution at multiple omics levels, e.g. transcriptome and lipidome, by analyzing high-throughput data including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and mass spectrometry data. Working on molecular profiling of mental disorders, e.g. autism and schizophrenia, in order to identify their underlying regulatory and pathological mechanisms. Also developing algorithms and software for high-resolution analysis.
