Wenbo Mu is a Bioinformatics Scientist in Department of Bioinformatics & Computational Biology at Ambry Genetics Corp. His research focus on using high-throughput technologies, statistical and bioinformatics tools to study the genetics and epigenetics of complex traits/phenotypes with an emphasis on cancer. His current research projects includes development of algorithm for detecting SNV, indel, CNV and other structure variation using NGS data.
