Vishvanath Tiwari

Presently, Dr. Vishvanath, is an Assistant Professor of Department of Biochemistry at Central University of Rajasthan. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India on “Biochemical and Biophysical studies on Carbapenemase and Membrane Proteomics of Acinetobacter baumannii”. During his Ph.D. tenure, Dr. Vishvanath, has worked on A. baumannii, an opportunistic pathogen and characterized its antibiotics resistance mechanism. His work involved proteomics (Fr. Micro-2014, J Prot-2015, JPB-2013, PLOS-2012, JIO-2011, JPR-2010), biophysical (JBSD-2014), biochemical (MP-2012), bioinformatics (JBSD-2013, JMM-2012, IJB-2009), microbiological (IJMR-2011) and molecular biology techniques. Dr. Vishvanath used multi-disciplinary approach to study multidrug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii. He is also an editorial board member and reviewer of various national and international journals like JACS, J Proteome Bioinf, Open Biol, Front. Microbiol. etc
